A builder by trade, Shane's enthusiasm and commitment for building Great Neighborhoods for Great Neighbors was forged on day one. His hands-on knowledge combined with extensive management experience helps to bring Next Chapter's vision to life. Shane managed the pre-development, development, and construction of Next Chapter's first two communities: Sweetwater Commons in North Augusta, SC and Jasper Village in Savannah, GA. Shane is currently leading the company's efforts in Fort Wayne, IN where Next Chapter is building a 250 home community. Separately Shane is leading the team to the advancement of several additional projects in varying stages of development across the country.
